How to notify Google that someone has copied your content

If you find that a competitor of yours has copied your content then one of the avenues open to you is to notify Google of this.

You can do this by filing a DMCA notice directly with Google at: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/dmca-notice?pli=1&

Google takes these complaints very seriously and follows them up with strict actions which can result in your competitor's content being removed from Google's search results.

You view all of the content delistings due to copyright on this report. You can also enter your own domain name to see how many DMCA takedown requests have been made against your domain and everything else related to it.
